Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Orange twist or Luxardo cocktail cherry


Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pisco K 1753

• 1 oz Sweet red vermouth

• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

• Luxardo cocktail cherry


Method:

• Mix Pisco K 1753, vermouth and bitters to shaker filled with ice

• Stir for 20 sec

• Strain and into coupe glass

• Garnish with orange twist or Luxardo cocktail cherry

Garnish: Bitters


Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pisco K 1753

• 1 oz fresh lime juice

• 1 oz simple syrup

• 1 oz egg white

• 2 -3 dashes Angostura Bitters


Method:

• Mix Pisco K 1753, lime juice, simple syrup & egg white to shaker

• Dry shake to emulsify egg white

• Add ice and vigorously shake for 20 seconds

• Strain and into coupe glass

• Garnish with 2 - 3 dashes of bitters

Garnish: Orange twist


Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pisco K 1753

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

• ¾ oz pineapple juice

• ¾ oz  simple syrup

• 3 dashes orange Angostura Bitters


Method:

• Mix all ingredients into shaker

• Add ice and vigorously shake for 20 seconds

• Strain and into old fashioned glass

• Garnish with orange twist

Garnish: Mint Blossom, Lime wheel, Powdered Sugar


Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pisco K 1753

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

• ½ bottle ginger beer

• Powdered sugar

• Mint Blossom


Method:

• Mix Pisco K 1753, lime juice and ginger beer to ice filled copper mug

• Stir

• Garnish with mint blossom

• Top with 2 dashes powdered sugar

• Finish with lime wheel

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pisco K 1753

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

• ½ bottle ginger ale

• 1 dash Angostura bitters


Method:

• Mix Pisco K 1753 and lime juice in shaker

• Stir

• Strain into ice filled collins glass

• garnish with dash of bitters and lime wheel

• 1.5 oz Mahogany Ridge

• 2 oz lemonade

• 1 oz POM pomegranate juice


Method:

• Mix all ingredients in shaker

• Shake vigorously

• Strain and into old fashioned glass over ice

• Garnish with lemon slice

Method:

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Mahogany Ridge

• ½ oz St. Germain

• ¾ oz simple syrup

• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

• 3 - 4 cucumber slices


Method:

• Muddle cucumber slices (3) into shaker

• Add and remaining ingredients

• Shake vigorously

• Strain into old fashioned glass over ice

• Garnish with cucumber slices

• 2 oz Mahogany Ridge

• ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse

• ½ oz Sweet Vermouth

• 1 dash Orange Bitters

Method:

• Add all ingredients to ice filled shaker

• Stir for 20 seconds

• Strain into chilled coupe glass

• Garnish with orange twist

• Shake vigorously

• Strain and into old fashioned glass over ice

• Top with Cava

1 oz Campari

1 oz sweet red vermouth


Method:

• Combine ingredients in shaker

• Stir in shaker for 20 seconds

• Serve in old fashioned glass over large rock

• Garnish with orange twist and Luxardo cocktail cherry

Method


  1. Add all ingredients to an ice filled cocktail mixing glass 
  2. Stir vigorously for 20 sec 
  3. Strain into martini glass 
  4. Garnish with orange twist

  2. Dry shake to emulsify egg white
  3. Add ice and vigorously shake for 15 sec
  4. Strain into coupe glass
  5. Garnish with two dashes of bitters

Method


  1. Add all ingredients to an ice filled 12 oz copper mug
  2. Stir
  3. Garnish with Mint blossom. Top with 2 dashes powdered sugar.
  4. Finish with lime wheel

Method


  1. Add Pisco and fresh lime juice to cocktail mixer
  2. Stir
  3. Strain into ice filled collins glass
  4. Garnish with dash of bitters, lime & orange wheel

  • 2 ounces Pisco K 1753
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce Worcester sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Method


  1. Add Pisco, fresh lime juice, Worcester sauce, horseradish, celery salt, fresh ground pepper to cocktail shaker
  2. Shake
  3. Rim Collin's glass with celery salt / salt mixture
  4. Strain into ice filled collins glass
  5. Garnish with olive, pepper, celery stick
